CORPORATE PROJECTS & OFFICE MANAGER (f/m/d) [Germany]


 

Your responsibilities
As a Corporate Projects & Office Manager you will be part of a global operating HR / Office Management team which runs the daily functions of the HR and the Office Management department, including supporting Management on Corporate Projects. In your role you can expect the following main duties and key responsibilities:

Corporate Projects & Cross functional support
  • Support Management on Corporate Projects, such as Audit Management & Coordination, ESG activities, Process Map
  • Support Management in setting up new entities and supporting various functions, such as HR / preparatory accounting
  • Management of all global leases, contracts, and financial commitments
  • Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately

Office Management
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the Headquarter Frankfurt/Main and ensure that the office is operating smoothly
  • Property / Facility Management and coordinating with external service providers
  • Coordinator for all topics in occupational health and safety
  • In conjunction with the Deutsche Boerse Group Insurances Team, managing all 360T Group insurances
  • Identify opportunities for progress and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
Your profile
  • Masters’ degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
  • 2-5 years of work experience in a business operations role
  • Strong conceptional, organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team player
  • High level of English and German skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience in HR / Accounting function is a plus
