POSITION DESCRIPTION: As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling appointments and maintenance of a job management system.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple email inboxes, respond to emails and phone calls
  • Drafting emails and handling business communications
  • Organize efficient job routes for technicians
  • Schedule appointments with clients and enter into job management system
  • Maintain job management system to ensure job cards are up to date and actioned where necessary
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Manage a contact list
  • Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
  • Online research and data collection
  • Address employees’ administrative queries
  • Provide customer service as first point of contact
  • Conduct customer care calls
  • Other administrative tasks and projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least two (2) years’ experience in a BPO industry
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
  • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Solid organizational skills

Salary: Php22,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
