Job Description:
As an Operational Manager at Fooditive, you’ll be tasked with overseeing our daily business activities and improve our overall business functionality. You’ll be required to manage our operational procedures and ensure that our business goals align with our strategies.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Sugar Alternatives Lead to manage and lead our sweetener innovations, with a particular focus on our 5-D-Keto Fructose product. The successful candidate will play a key role in product management, strategy development, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Oversee all aspects of our 5-D-Keto Fructose sweetener, ensuring successful production, distribution, and improvement of the product.
- Strategy Development: Work on the development and execution of strategies to optimize and expand the use of our 5-D-Keto Fructose sweetener.
- Regulatory Compliance: Manage regulatory affairs related to our sweetener products, ensuring full compliance with relevant food and safety regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead the sweetener team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact person for all matters related to our sweetener innovations, liaising with internal teams, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, specifically in the area of sweetener alternatives.
- Proven experience in product management and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
