Your role at Baxter
Responsible for book-keeping and accounting for Hillrom’s businesses to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, by complying with the global requirements and fiscal regulations.

What you'll be doing
- Support Welch Allyn book-keeping and accounting, including month, quarter and year end reporting of Global Companies within corporate policies and deadlines.
- Professionally interact with Hillrom’sstaff to understand and support to any reporting requirements, issues/queries.
- Professionally interact with Hillrom’s external/internal auditors by preparing documentation as required, to comply with different regulations.
- Account reconciliations, intercompany accounting reconciliations and payments.
- Support in the coordination of indirect tax returns globally
- May support Cash flow management and analysis
- May support fixed assets accounting and controlling
- The preparation of financial reports as requested for various purposes
- Various tax statistical reporting every month as required.
- Ad hoc functions and tasks which arise during the normal course of business in a busy finance department.
What you'll bring
- Diploma or certification in accounting is required
- Accounting knowledge within a multi-company environment. Experience over 2 years
- Previous experience in Audit desirable
- Experience in US-GAAP, IFRS will be an advantage
- Diploma or certification in accounting is preferred
- Knowledge/experience of SAP, Oracle or similar financial systems in a multi-currency and multi-company environment
- Proficient general computer skills. Knowledge of Excel and MS Word, or equivalent spreadsheet and word processing applications is required
- Bilingual: Oral and written communication in English is a must for this position.
