We are looking for a motivated individual to join our experienced Dairy Farm Workers teamto undertake roles associated with assisting dairy farming activities. The great team environment, sense of humour and strong leadership make the position a real catch for someone who can bring a strong work ethic and works well in ateam environment.
Specific tasks include but is not limited to:
- Milking
- Assisting with animal welfare
- Shifting of temporary fencing
- Drenching animals
- General farm maintenance
- Ensuring all animals receive appropriate housing
Other requirements:
- Practical knowledge and dairy farming experience are desirable but NOT required
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- A can do attitude and good communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
This is a fulltime, permanant position and we are willing to guarantee at least 30 hours of work per week. We are looking at an hourly rate of $29.66 to $35.00.
