Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee, teas, and other beverages.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Preparing and serving food items, such as pastries and sandwiches.
- Restocking inventory, such as coffee beans, cups, and syrups.
- Following health and safety regulations.
- At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 6 months of work behind a coffee machine.
- Knowledge of different coffee-making techniques and beverage knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic cash handling experience and experience using POS systems
- Covid & flu vaccination, police check
