Job Purpose:
- CHANEL’s long term objective is to grow qualitatively, building the long-term value of the brand for customers of today and tomorrow
- CRM plays a key role in the building of this long-lasting connection & in the maintenance of a healthy and loyal database; by contributing to a deeper client’s knowledge and by increasingly supporting the boutiques in the development of this relationship with the FA at the center
- Together with CEM Expert, this role is to foster BTQ CEM mindset, drive CEM understanding & implementation in boutique level, ensure FAs in building & development of their relationship with clients
FA CLIENTELING ASSIST/SUPPORT
- Understand boutique CEM performance by reading reports, trends and KPI splits
- Closely work with Boutique CEM Expert on FA’s 1-1 clienteling coaching by giving comments and feedback to support FAs in client engagement
- Assist Boutique CEM Expert to groom CEM mindset (in-boutique training, workshop, etc.)
CEM PROJECT FOLLOW UP
- Collaborate with Boutique CEM Expert to drive CEM projects implementation at boutique Level
- Monitor / Follow up the client gesture / client gifting implementation
- Collaborate with HOB, DHOBs and boutique expertise for a smooth and successful implementation
COLLECTION/PRODUCT CAMPAIGN FOLLOW UP
- Support campaigns implementation on boutique floor (briefing, assets sharing, follow-up & feedback/report)
CLIENT EVENTS/ ACTIVITIES COORDINATION
- Understand the objective of client events/activities and make targeting plans
- Brief the activities and assign targets to FAs
- Closely work with key stakeholders to ensure the implementation (i.e. RSVP follow-up)
- Consolidate feedback and voice from clients and FAs
