Key Responsibilities:
- End to end management of performance marketing activity across Paid Social channels
- Supporting performance marketing activity across additional channels
- Working closely with internal departments to implement, optimize and report on performance
- Work with Digital Marketing team to ensure messaging across all channels are consistent and aligned
- Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently.
- Track and report on key performance indicators of media activity.

Requirements:
- Graduate degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing minimum 2-3 years’ experience.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture similar tools)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
