Employer Brand Specialist Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in survey collection, interviews, focus groups and data analysis to uncover key stories for strategic segments
- Analyze data and reports regarding the performance of career sites and job board profiles
- Implement creative assets to help drive brand-to-hire of our strategic segments
- Manage campaigns to generate reviews on job board profiles and respond to reviews, escalating issues as appropriate
- Partner with our Mexico Talent Acquisition team to understand the market and create assets that support them to be more successful
- Degree, certification or demonstrated skills in Marketing, Employer Brand & Communications
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to garner buy-in from project stakeholders
- Graphic design, copywriting, post-production or brand development skills are a plus!
