What will you do if join us?
Electrical engineering - schematic diagram/Z-plan/terminal diagram/wiring list/BOM - drawing preparation for approval and production release 负责部门的电气设计-包括原理图/Z平面图/端子图/接线清单/低压室BOM-批准和生产发布的图纸准备.- Handle Electrical single line design and configuration technical review to ensure the engineering feasibility in the projects. 根据电气主接线图的设计和配置进行技术审核和落实，确保项目工程可行性。
- Support dep. manager on the project management, incl. plan and manage the project allocation and execution in the team, project delivery reliability (time & quality), continuous improvement (efficiency, tool, cost…), people management, etc.支持部门经理进行项目管理，包括计划和管理项目的分配和执行、项目交付可靠性（时间和质量）、持续改进（效率、工具、成本…）及人员管理等
- Lead or coach the team to take actions to improve engineering quality and reduce the mistakes and to improve engineering reliability - shorten lead time in projects 负责领导或指导团队采取相关措施以提高提高工程质量，减少失误和提高工程可靠性，缩短交期。
- Support the team to implement digital solution and Continuous improvement (e.g. new tool, process, trouble shooting, etc) 支持工程团队实施数字解决方案和持续改进（例如新工具、流程、故障排除等）
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree or above in automation, or electrical engineering. 本科及以上学历,自动化或电气工程专业。- 5 yrs of working experience in the power distribution industry. 5年以上配电行业相关工作经验
- Have experience of electrical design. 有电气设计经验.
- Power Grid Protection / electrical engineering design tool. 熟悉电网保护/电气工程设计工具。
- Have knowledge about power system, incl. power generation, transmission, distribution, etc.电力系统的知识，包括发电、输电、配电等。
- Team player, customer and result oriented and good communication skills. 具有团队合作精神，且关注客户及结果导向，以及良好的沟通技巧。
- Have strong logical thinking ability and pressure resistance. 拥有较强的逻辑思维能力和抗压能力。
- Fluent oral English.英语口语流利。
