Job Description
As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be first point of contact for all existing customers and handle any queries or concerns.
You will be mainly speaking to customers over the telephone and will be ensuring a smooth process and a high level of customer care.
The role will also involve speaking to customers over webchat, social media and looking after a busy inbox.
The Successful Applicant
No experience is required but we are looking for the below
