Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Party Ingredients are looking for someone keen for personal development with an eye for detail and fantastic organisation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sole responsibility for the goods-in process.
- Check input of weekly menus to create food sheets on the Party Ingredients bespoke software.
- Working with the sales team to ensure that client requirements are properly translated into the kitchen planning tools.
- Creating allergen forms for each event.
- Creating the paperwork for the daily cooking schedule in the prep kitchen.
- Liaison and communicator between the event coordination and the kitchen management.
- Instigate, monitor and maintain supplier assessment records.
- Confident IT and admin skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as being part of a team
- Excellent understanding of Food Safety
- Passion for the Food and Beverage industry
- English Language - fluent or bilingual
