SLA/SSP Assistant (Account Management)

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
· Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 1 years post-related experience. Or a secondary educational qualification with 3 years post-related experience
· 1+ years' experience in support of analysis and administrative support, preferably in a customer facing role or department
· Knowledge and experience in:
ü Advanced use of Microsoft Word
ü Advanced use of Excel functions, graphs, pivot tables and formatting for data collection and organization
· Good level of experience in portal-based document management (preferably SharePoint) and Information and knowledge management
· Experience in:
ü Supporting the development of power point presentations
ü Providing relevant reports to staff and management
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
· Knowledge or experience in Account Management or other customer facing role
· Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT
· Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
DUTIES/ROLE:
· Provide guidance for the Account Management team in terms of Information and Knowledge Management procedures and processes
· Manage information concerning customer agreement development status for Service Level Agreements and Service Support Packages
· Provide direct support to Account Managers in formal meetings, such as Change Advisory Boards or other customer engagements
· Administer production and coordination of Customer Agreements prior to issue
· Coordinate and track SSAM team Service Improvement Plans and internal training initiatives
· Coordinate and track team tasks, including use of Agency Tasker Tracker Enterprise or similar tools
· Support staff in other sections within the branch, providing leave cover where required
· Deputize for higher grade staff, if required
