  • Assist in the development and implementation of admissions strategies
  • Cultivate and maintain relationship with prospective students, including responding to inquiries, consulting on candidacy and application
  • Manage the application pipeline by monitoring and analysing the admissions data to identify trends and opportunities, and make recommendation for improvement
  • Coordinate the processing of all student applications from submission to outcome, to ensure that applications are treated in a timely manner and within the standards
  • To offer high quality customer service to all applicants, and guide them through the application process, ensuring that they have all the information they require regarding the process, programmes and the School
  • Gather applicants’ references and supporting documents
  • Liaise with other members of the team and academics, to ensure prompt and complete academic consideration of each applicant
  • Liaise with the Registrar, academics and external stakeholders to ascertain recognition of prior learning where required
  • Assist in execution of the evaluation process including application reading, conducting admissions interview and coordinate post-interview feedback
  • To undertake application conversion activities, including telephone campaigns and individual consultations
  • Manage Student & Alumni Admissions Committee
  • Manage admissions policies and procedures to ensure that they are efficient and comply with fair admissions and governmental policies.
  • Provide support to the team with internal and external recruitment events
  • Assist in developing and managing the admissions budgets, including forecasting expenses required for effective recruitment

Job requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree with relevant education line experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in Graduate Management Education admissions, corporate recruiting or related experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to be able to handle and respond to the inquiries and guide the students on the documentation and the relevant admission procedures
  • Excellent presentation, and written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Superior public speaking skills.
  • Ability to supervise the subordinates whenever there is a need and able to handle the work independently and effectively
  • Must have extensive cultural awareness and experience working with diverse individuals.
  • Flexibility to work in a changing schedule as per the requirement
  • 20-30% of international travel required (Travel internationally every 1-2 months)
