You will be part of the CUGE Admin team. Your main job roles include being the system administrator for CUGEs Training Management System (TMS) and Learning Management System (LMS). You will also need to provide administrative support and manage the financial reporting for CUGE.
[What you will be working on]
Perform system administration functions (e.g., new course creation, user management etc) as the super user of the system.
Partner vendor to identify, track, troubleshoot and resolve system and data issues to ensure smooth training administration operations
Monitor system performance, ensure timely reporting and maintenance of data
Assist in system and financial audits
Billing, Finance Reporting and Grant Administration
Assist in billing transactions, (e.g., generating sales invoices, and processing refund)
Collate and submit training grants using the system
Prepare required reports (e.g., collection, financial and budget report) for reporting purposes
Administrative and Customer Service
Handle email enquiries
Support the training of resources from IHLs to support the landscape industry
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
[What we are looking for]
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity
Experience handling systems and financial reporting would be an added advantage
IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel)
Systematic, meticulous and has an eye for details
Good interpersonal and written communication skills
Positive attitude, independent and able to work well with a team
Able to multi-task
