Valeo Klimasysteme GmbH is an independent entity of the globally operating Valeo Group and is specialized in the development, production and distribution of heating and air-conditioning systems and control elements for vehicle interiors.
At the Bad Rodach site, we successfully develop and manufacture innovative products for the automotive and commercial vehicle sector in the areas of air conditioning and the interface between vehicle occupants and the vehicle interior. To drive our growth and further development, we are looking for you to join our team.
These challenges await you as
- Leading all site-specific activities in the "Switches & Smart Controls" area
- Defining technical customer strategies and optimizing the organization at the site
- Defining the standardization strategy and ensuring the development of standards and their implementation
- Ensuring feasibility with the industrial network
- Identifying potential synergies with other product lines (e.g. technological requirements)
- Ensure the availability of measures for the use and transfer of know-how in cooperation with the department heads
- Ensure standard tools are in place and properly used, in collaboration with the responsible entity
- Ensure positive collaboration between the different teams and their continuous development
- Budget responsibility
You inspire us with that:
- Successfully completed studies in engineering or comparable degree
- At least 10 years of experience in R&D development activities, project, and sales
- Experience in supporting business decisions and corporate development
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills to identify issues, propose innovative solutions and lead the team in overcoming hurdles
- Strong analytical skills and experience leading multi-functional teams
- Financial knowledge of product cost structure, profitability management, budget management
- Results and solution oriented approach and negotiation skills with customers
- Very good knowledge of German and English
