An exciting opportunity has come forth for Brand Manager leading brand building on Personal Care brands across GCC markets. In this role you report to the Personal Care Marketing Manager GCC. The main purpose is to super charge growth of global Personal Care brands across GCC via leading execution of local communication & innovation toolkits and supporting marketing & commercial organization with brand initiatives to deliver top line growth.

In this role you will:
- Manage projects of innovations & campaigns, stakeholder management to ensure on time in full delivery of all initiatives.
- Lead the processes of all Category innovation consumer & RMS insights for commercial action & improvements.
- Market intelligence & regular updates on competition initiatives.
- Collaborate with commercial teams, local creative & media agencies to execute local campaigns holistically across all consumer touchpoints.
- Interface with Global\Regional teams for local input on communication tool kits.
- Cross functionally collaborate with extended teams for bringing all innovations from idea to execution in market.

About You
You have a passion for building brands, developing sustainable business strategies. You are able to build effective relationships, both internally and externally, with the ability to inspire and influence a wide range of people. An innovative and original approach is required to develop new ideas and this will need to be coupled with effective problem-solving skills which embrace both broad-thinking and detail orientation.
You are based in Jeddah or open to relocate to Jeddah. You speak fluent English and Arabic.
What else?
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/Marketing/Economics or any related major.
- Approx 2-3 years of core multi-national FMCG experience, preferably in Personal Care.
- Brand building experience; develop local and adapting regional communications, project management of innovations and executing in-market (consumer insight generation & analysis, 360 launch – media planning, communication, on-ground activation etc)
- Experience working with internal senior global and regional teams and external agency partners (media, creative, activation, consumer insights, packaging development agencies etc).
