- Implement & execute measures and programs to achieve farm readiness for cultivation.
- Follow instructions to cultivate vegetables to meet timely and quality output targets.
- Coordinate with fellow team technicians /operators to ensure that all necessary key functions are carried out.
- Prepare nutrient & supplies to ensure sufficiency.
- Prepare equipment & systems for operational readiness and consistency.
- Inspect abnormalities to ensure quality of produce.
- Monitor health and operational health of various system to support cultivation.
- Follow instructions in handling, sorting & packaging vegetables to meet timely and quality output targets
- Conduct post-harvest inspection to fulfil orders.
- Coordinate with fellow team technicians /operators to ensure that all necessary key functions are carried out
- Operate and maintain cutting, sealing & packaging machinery.
- Generate labels to ensure product quality.
- Undertake training to meet food legislation requirements.
- Work with team members and at the same time make valuable independent decisions within the day’s work.
- Conduct post-harvest inspection to fulfil orders.
