หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Having the strong legal, analytical, drafting and advising on any commercial contracts related to company's business, marketing agreement, and other corporate agreements, including but not limited to providing advice on labor laws, consumer protection laws.
- Supervising and coordinating with the external lawyers to be in accordance with the company's direction and/or strategies.
- Having awareness of legal as and commercial risks as well as the ability to balance such risks against business benefits, with appropriate mitigation measures taken.
- Assess and interpret the potential impact of applicable financial regulations and rules on business and product development and ensuring compliance with the applicable local laws, rules, regulations and standards.
- Provide comprehensive regulatory compliance advice to the business on all compliance matters relevant to the licensed entity.
- Partner with business, operations, and product teams to implement the regulatory law and compliance program and lead the coordination of internal changes when required.

คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law with a Lawyer’s license.
- At least 4 years' experience working in Legal or Compliance function
- Experience and capable in drafting and reviewing legal document in English is a must
- Excellent command of English and Thai in both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment, with excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task.
