JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate of any course OR at least Junior college or graduate of any vocational course with relevant work experience
- For college under graduate or vocational graduate, at least 1 year work experience preferably in a commissary or supply chain of a food industry
- Knowledge in the operation of basic commissary equipment
- Working knowledge of Commissary and supply chain operations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the effective compliance of Production plans and programs and the assurance in the compliance to process standards to attain consistency.
- Responsible for execution of the overall production activities of the Section attuned to the goals and objectives set.
- Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and production and timely issuance of goods to the packaging section.
- Follows a sequence of work schedule approved by line leader/ supervisor.
- Strict compliance with standards on handling and storage conditions to prevent deteriorations of meat, seafood, chicken and vegetables, dry ingredients prior to use
- Checking of the quality of ingredients to avoid unnecessary wastage and/or rejection
- Reports to Production Specialist/ Head Chef/ PPIC Supervisor any problems/deviations observed in the area and ingredients/raw materials so that immediate corrective actions can be implemented to prevent wastage
- Report to superior any unintentional error for immediate corrective action to prevent rejection and wastage.
- Accomplishes monitoring report assigned to the area
- Submits timely and accurate reports to Warehouse Supervisor before the end of the day

Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
