Job Description
Operational Duties :
- Composes Engliss/Arabic Correspondence, Memos, Various reports, records,requisitions etc. by transcribing, farmatting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text,data and graphics.
- Organizes all english files of the Division's various related products, campaigns, etc.
- Conserves Executive's (GM, Head of Division, ) Time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications; all while updating the Executive(s) on all action taken.
- Performs duties, if asked, related to personal correspondance, bank expenses, bills, daily diary for the executives.
- Prepares the annual skeleton budget for the Division and submits it to the Head of the Division for perusal and review.
- Preserves office flow and efficiency by coordinating leave schedules/replacement of leave/absentees in the division, travel itineraries (schedules, reservations and hotel accomodations), filling and handling petty cash for the Division,as well as maintaining records of all invoices and creating an annual report for the financial control Division.
- Preparing presentation for Board Audit Committee as instructed by the Head of the Division.
