She will look after Reception area and ensure all administrative work for the office
Provide administrative support to teams
Handling daily incoming / outgoing calls and greeting clients who visits office
Greeting clients and can learn office work so she can move to bigger role in next 1 to 2 years
Sorting & distributing emails Handle and prioritise all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters )
Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents. Maintaining attendance.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Excellent MS Office skills - Word & Excel
Email drafting skills would be a plus, time management skills; ability to prioritise.
