The Opportunity
We are looking for a sharp Data analyst to help drive the dashboards and business insights for the APJC renewals organization. Your primary role will be to provide the analytical operational support to:
- Weekly Commit Forecasting for Renewals team including SFDC reporting
- Optimize renewal processes and drive standard methodologies
- Measure and track Renewal metrics across APJC theatres
- Streamline and dashboard the business reporting
- Facilitate Yearly / Half yearly planning process
- Continuously evolve the business insights adapting the changes to the business process driven by WW and Regional programs
Your Background
- 3-5 years of Sales/Renewals operations & analytics experience
- You are a Salesforce & business objects expert with extensive reporting and dashboard skills
- Experience in BI tool like Power BI, Tableau etc. would be an added advantage
- High-energy strong analytical thinker with excellent judgment
- Excellent quantitative analysis, use of spreadsheets and modeling tools
- Ability to see the big picture, strong creativity
- Capability to influence, strong communication and presentation skills. PowerPoint
- Good team player, collaborative and able to work with a range of different people
- Must be self-motivated with a strong focus on delivery
