Position: Server
Job Description:
The Server will be responsible for providing a clean and safe environment for our players. This position is also responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager and General Manager with their daily tasks.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide a positive experience for our players by providing excellent service and food
- Assist with daily tasks as assigned by the Restaurant Manager
- Assist with cleaning the facility and keeping the equipment and stockroom organized
- Maintain accurate work records, including food and beverage orders, prep sheets, and inventory counts
- Participate in daily restaurant inspections by checking in players, ordering food and beverages, maintaining station supplies, and reporting needs
- Greet and assist players when requested by management
- Prepare for games by setting up bleachers, sign-making, cleaning out concession stands, etc.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Handle conflict situations professionally and exercise common sense
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
